Frost Hardy Annual

A Chinese cabbage that has been grown for centuries, with tight upright heads, pale green leaves and crisp white ribs. This is a fast-maturing cabbage that can be grown year-round in warm regions. Wombok has a mild flavour and can be eaten raw or cooked; finely shred the leaves and add them to salads, coleslaw, stir fries, soups or Kimchi.
